Returns & Warranty
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund or exchange (subject to availability). We will allow an exchange for another size or colorway as long as the item is still in new condition. Refunds will be processed in the form of payment used on the original order. For credit card refunds, please allow 1 or 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Return requests must be made within 30 days of shipment date. Requests received more than 30 days after date of shipment will not be accepted. Items sent back to us after 30 days will be returned to sender.
A request for an exchange must be made within 30 days after the package is received. The item must be in the same condition that it was received (unwashed, unworn and in store bought condition, including the original packaging). We cannot exchange the item if it has been washed, worn, or damaged.
Refunds will include product and tax amounts only. If an incorrect item was shipped or products were flawed, we will also include the shipping charges in your refund. Shipping charges on items sent back to us for exchange will not be refunded. Items sent back to us without first receiving an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Customer Service will be returned to sender.
